Original language description
The paper deals with the problems connected with the mechanism of the distribution of the common consolidated corporate tax base among the member states. It presents two possible wttitudes towards the distribution of the tax base - macro based formula and micro based formula. The aim of the paper is to analyze the possible tools which can be used as the key for the apportionment of the tax base of the group.

Článek se zabývá problematikou ditribuce daňového základu v systému společného konsolidovaného základu daně mezi jednotlivé členské státy. Prezentuje dva možné přístupy - makro a micro formuli. Cílem je analyzovat možné nástroje které mohou být použity jako klíč pro rozdělování základu daně skupiny.
