Original language description

The article deals with qualitative factors influencing choice of suitable locality for logistic structure. Qualitative factors gained through research of opinions of logistics managers would serve as an input of knowledge base to evaluate the quality andfacilities of localities. This konwledge base gained from logisitcs managers would be used as an evaluation tool which should make lower influence of attitudinal evaluation of an individual. The article deals also with the role of qualitative factors incomparison with quantitative factors and puts the accent to a locality of logistics objects.
