The article deals with business rules and rule technology and identifies the business and technical opportunities they afford company. It shows also how to specify and classify business rules from the business perspective and how to establish an approachto managing them that will enable faster change in business processes and other business concepts in all business areas. This article could provide business analysts with an essential approach to understanding, redesigning and communicating what reallyhappens in business processes. It serves to understand the business impact of any change in small and medium-sized organizations. The model of business architecture serves as a inspiration for analytics in these organizations.

Příspěvek pojednává o podnikových pravidlech a technologiích s nimi spojených a identifikuje podnikové a tecnické příležitosti ve společnosti. ukazuje, jak specifikovat a klasifkovat podniková pravidla z pohledu podniku a jak přistupovat k jejich řízení,což může usnadnit změny v podnikových procesech i jiných podnikových konceptech. Článek by mohl poskytnout podnikovým analytikům základní přístup k pocopení, znovunavržení a komunikování o tom, co se skutečně v podnikových procesech a celém podniku děje. Slouží k pochopení vlivu změn na podnik. Vytvořený model slouží k inspiraci pro střední a malé firmy.
