The paper focuses on selected aspects of mortgage refinancing. First of all the trend of granted mortgage credits in the Czech Republic is described. Mortgage credits are presently in common used financial products. Many bank customers use mortgage refinancing. They substitute current mortgage credit by new mortgage credit granted by other bank at the end of rate fixation time. There are arguments for refinancing, refinancing procedure, advantages and disadvantages of refinancing mentioned too.
