The paper presents the results formulated in MSM 6215648904 Research focused on the analysis of managerial, financial and economic risks and their solution methods in business management strategic control within an entrepreneurial environment impacted bythe factors caused by integration processes, IT development and globalization. Research results clearly indicate that companies with modern management need a well-defined strategic management system that should include well-structured change management,which contributes to the balance between the internal and external management environment, so-called homeostasis. Such approach requires perfect provision of information and modern technical management tools, in particular a good information system.
