The concept of slow fashion through the eyes of young consumers

  • Original language description

This article focuses on the perception of the concept of slow fashion among Generation Z consumers. It examines how young consumers understand slow fashion and what factors influence their attitudes and purchasing behavior in relation to sustainable behavior. The study compares respondents from the Czech Republic and Cyprus to identify similarities and differences in their perceptions. Particular attention is paid to barriers that limit the adoption of sustainable fashion, such as price, awareness, and product availability. The findings contribute to a better understanding of young consumers' attitudes toward sustainability in the fashion market.
