Original language description

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of different concentrations of spermatozoa in insemination dose (ID) on fertility rate of inseminated does, and on the number of all and live-born young per litter in the breed of crossbred rabbits by usingcertain rates of dilution. The crossbred rabbits of female strain HYPLUS PS 19 and male strain HYPLUS PS 39 were used in the experiment. In the first part of the experiment does were inseminated with ID 0.5 cm3 with the concentrations of spermatozoa from 115 to 550 x 106 in 1 cm3. In the second part of the experiment does were inseminated with the same volume of ID (0.5 cm3), however with the lower concentration, namely from 55 to 150 x 106 in 1 cm3. The particular concentrations of spermatozoa in ID had no statistically significant effect on fertility rate and number of all and live born young per litter in both parts of experiment.

Czech description

Cílem pokusu bylo zjistit vliv různých koncentrací spermií v inseminační dávce při určitém stupni ředění na procento zabřezlých samic a počet všech a živě narozených mláďat v chovu brojlerových králíků. V pokusu byli použiti brojlerový králíci HY PLUS mateřské linie PS 19 a otcovské PS 39. V první části pokusu byly samice inseminovány dávkou 0.5 cm3 s koncentrací spermií od 115 x 10(6) do 550 x 10(6) v cm3. V druhé části pokusu byly samice inseminovány stejnou dávkou (0.5 ml), avšak s nižší koncentracíspermií, a sice od 55 x 10(6) do 150 x 10(6) v cm3. Rozdíl mezi procentem zabřezlých samic a mezi počtem všech a živě narozených mláďat ve vrhu nebyl při použití jednotlivých koncentrací spermií v ID statisticky signifikantní, a to jak v první tak i v druhé části pokusu.
