Effect of some non-genetic factors on the growth of kids of the brown short-haired breed.

Original language description

The evaluation of effects of some non-genetic factors (sex, litter size, age of dam and year of study) on growth of 85 kids of the Brown Short-haired breed was carried out within a period of two succesive years. The analysis of growth of all kids revealed that, within the time interval from birth till the Day 90 of age the daily gain and the final live body weight were 181.3 g and 19.52 kg, respectively. As far as the effect of sex was concerned, the intensity of growth was significantly higher in malesthan in females (P Ł 0.01) within all periods under study. From birth to Day 90, the daily gains of males and females were 200.6 g and 162.0 g. As far as the litter size was concerned it was found out that the daily gains of single and triplets were higher than those of twins and that the differences between single kids on the one hand and twins on the other were significantly different (P Ł 0.01) in all periods under study. Vliv některých negenetických faktorů na růst kůzlat plemene Hnědá krítkosrstá koza.

Zhodnocení vlivu některých negenetických faktorů (pohlaví, četnosti, věku matky a roku sledování) na růst kůzlat plemene Hnědá krátkosrstá koza bylo realizováno v průběhu 2 po sobě jdoucích let u celkem 85 kůzlat. Systematickými efekty byly rok sledování, pohlaví, četnost vrhu a věk matky. Z hodnocení růstu za celý soubor především vyplývá, že denní přírůstek v intervalu od narození do konce sledování (do 90 dnů věku) činil 181,3 g, přičemž na konci sledování byla živá hmotnost u celého souboru 19,52 kg. Z hodnocení vlivu pohlaví, četnosti, věku matky a roku sledování na růst především obecně vyplývá, že ve všech případech byl zjištěn průkazný vliv těchto faktorů na růst. Co se týká vlivu pohlaví, zde byla v rámci všech sledovaných období zjištěna vysoce průkazně vyšší (P Ł 0,01) úroveň denních přírůstků u kozlíků, přičemž přírůstek od narození do 90 dnů věku činil u kozlíků, respektive u koziček 200,6 g, resp. 162,0 g.
