Simultaneous determination of 1,4-naphthoquinone, lawsone, juglone and plumbagin by liquid chromatography with UV detection is described. The method was used for study of the above mentioned compounds in different parts of Dionaea muscipula.

Byla vypracvoána metoda pro současné stanovení 1,4-naphthochinonu, lawsonu, juglonu and plumbaginu pomocí kapalinové chromatografie s detekcí UV. Vypracvoaná metoda byla použita pro studium výše uvedených látek v různých částech Dionaea muscipula.
