Ph.D. project of the Czech Science Foundation (CSF) has been proceeded since 2003. The aim of this Fundation is for example grant and coordination of science activity in Ph.D. student programmes, stimulation of cooperation between fields of study and institutions, and grant of science comunication among Ph.D. students of different fields of study. Team of Ph.D. students of "Molecular Biology and Genetics of Animals" and "Animal Husbandry" worked at Faculty of Agronomy of Mendel University of Agricultureand Forestry Brno (MUAF) until June 2005, and was led by prof. Ing. Josef Dvořák, CSc. This team works on project "Enhancing the Methodological and Theoretical Education of Students of the Ph.D. Programme 4103V -- Animal Husbandry -- Perspective Field General Animal Husbandry"

Doktorské projekty GAČR byly vyhlášeny od roku 2003. Cílem těchto projektů je koordinace vědeckých aktivit v doktorských programech, podpora a kooperace mezi institucemi a studijním zaměřením členů a podpora komunikace mezi doktorskými programy s odlišným zaměřením. Doktorský tým studentů "Molekulární biologie a genetiky zvířat" a "Šlechtění zvířat" působící na agronomické fakultě MZLU v Brně od června roku 2005, pod vedením prof. Ing. J. Dvořáka, CSc a pracuje na projektu "Zvýšení metodologické úrovněa teoretického vzdělání studentů akreditovaného DSP 4103V Zootechnika -- perspektivního studijního oboru obecná zootechnika".
