Sledování respirace, kvality humusu a vlastností sorpčního komplexu ve vybraných subtypech černozemí jižní Moravy

  • Original language description

Soil respiration, humus quality and character of soil colloidal complex are closely connected with plant nutrition and soil fertility. Soil samples were taken from the humic horizon of chernozem from 8 different regions of south Moravia. We followed basal respiration, total carbon content, fractional composition of humus and basic parameters of soil colloidal complex. Respiration was measured by Vaisala GTM 220 aparat. Results showed that production of carbon dioxide varied from 0,09 to 0,27 mg CO2/100g/h. Humus content varied from 2,15% to 4,6%. Sum of humic substances (HS) varied from 0,4 to 1,11 mg/kg. Sum of humic acids (HAs) varied from 0,20 to 0,45mg/kg. Ratio HAs/FAs was higher than 1. Parameters of soil colloidal complex were measured accordingto Mehlich and Hraško. Higher values of basal respiration were found for subtypes with higher quality of soil colloidal complex and higher quality of humic substances.
