There is evaluated the survey of the changes of biological properties. The survey took place in 1993 - 1999 at the Agricultural Research Institute in Kroměříž.. There were surveyed changes of microbiological respiration in topsoil and subsoil depending on the crop rotation concretely. There was used the interferometrical method (Novák, Apfelthaler. 1964) for this purpose. The survey alternates: A) winter wheat after spring barley, B) winter wheat after alfalfa, C) spring barley after winter wheat and D)spring barley after sugar beet. The samples for the analyses were taken pointwise from the depth 0 -- 30 cm for topsoil and 30 -- 60 cm for subsoil every two weeks from third April decade to third July decade.

Czech description
V práci jsou hodnoceny změny biologických vlastností. Sledování probíhalo v přesných polních pokusech Zemědělského výzkumného ústavu, s.r.o. v Kroměříži v letech 1993 -- 2000. Byly zkoumány změny mikrobiologické respirace v ornici a podorničí v závislosti na osevním postupu. Pro měření byla použita interferometrická metoda (Novák, Apfelthaler, 1964). Sledování bylo na 4 variantách osevních postupů v ornici a podorničí (A - pšenice ozimá po obilnině - ječmen), (B - pšenice ozimá po jetelovině - vojtěžka), (C -- ječmen jarní po obilnině -- pšenice ozimá), (D -- ječmen jarní po cukrovce). Půdním typem je černozem luvická. Vzorky byly odebírány z hloubky 0 - 30 cm (ornice) a 30 - 60 cm (podorničí) každé dva týdny od dubna do července.
