Results of three-year experiments demonstrated that as far as the efficacy of herbicides CALLISTO 480 SC + ATPLUS 463 and BASAGRAN SUPER on black bindweed -Fallopia convolvulus in the stage of seven true leaves (BBCH 17) was concerned it was quite sufficient to apply only half doses (i.e. 0.125 and 1.0 l ha-1) instead of registered ones (i.e. 0.25 and 2.0 l ha-1) without any negative effects on grain yield of maize. It was found out that the most suitable date for estimation of graded doses of the herbicide CALLISTO 480 SC + ATPLUS 463 was the fifth day after its application. As far as the herbicide BASAGRAN SUPER was concerned, such estimation can be performed already on the third day after the application.

Výsledky tříletého pokusu ukazují, že pokud byly aplikovány herbicidy CALLISTO 480 SC + ATPLUS 463 a BASAGRAN SUPER na Fallopia convolvulus ve stadiu sedmi pravých listů (BBCH 17), tak stačilo aplikovat poloviční dávky přípravků (0,125 and 1,0 l ha-1) místo registrovaných dávek (0,25 and 2,0 l ha-1) bez negativního dopadu na výnos zrna kukuřice. Bylo zjištěno, že nejvhodnější den pro hodnocení aplikací stupňovaných dávek herbicidů CALLISTO 480 SC + ATPLUS 463 byl pátý den po aplikaci a u herbicidu BASAGRAN SUPER to byl již třetí den po aplikaci.
