Our work was focused to the implementation of methods for determination of antioxidant activity in tumour cells and in tumour cells treated by cytostatics. Level of oxidative stress was monitored as a change of antioxidant activity, or, alternatively asantioxidant state. Optimization of four different photometric methods represents the most important result of our work.
