Climatic factors of soil estimated system
Original language description
Climatic region of Estimated Pedological Ecological Unit (EPEU) system involves five climatic characteristics. Their values of normal (1961-1990) and long-term (1961-2010) period were compared. Area with temperature sum above 10°C higher than 3000°C andwith average annual air temperature higher than 9°C proved increasing trend. While maximum value of TS 10 in 1961-1690 was 2990°C, TS10 1961-2010 many areas exceeded 3000°C. Average annual precipitation total doesn't differ significantly. Rather their different distribution during a year and vegetation period is visible. Moisture certainty shows the driest areas in south Moravia were part of Břeclav district and eastern part of Znojmo district in 1961-1990 plus southern part of Brno-venkov district. Drought event probability has also an increasing trend. Some areas assign as a wet in period 1961-1990 were changed to semi wet in 1990-2010.
