Spectroscopic characteristics of humates isolated from different soils
Original language description
Optical metods (UV-VIS and SFS) were used for characterization of five Czech soil humates samples (Leptic Cambisol, Haplic Cambisol, Eutric Cambisol 1-arable soil, Eutric Cambisol 2-grassland, Haplic Chernozem). Absorbance in spectral range 300-700 nm was measured using optical fiber on spectrometer Varian Cary 50 Probe. Fluorescence spectra (SFS) within the range 255-655 nm were measured by spectrofluorimeter Aminco Bowman.
