Influence of exposition time of low temperature plasma on germination energy, total germination and fungal diseases on seeds were studied in trial. Cluster mallow, abyssinian kale, chickpea, fenugreek, safflower and tufty rye samples were selected for treatment. Plasma treatment, crop and its interaction had statistically significant influence on germination energy and total germination. Non-treated cluster mallow seeds have low germination energy (15.5 %), after 50 second treatment gained 49 %. The longest treatment (50 sec) was statistical significantly different (78.44 %) from other (86.25 - 89.88 %) in total germination. The highest reduction (over 40 %) of germination was recorded for fenugreek and 50 seconds treatment. No differences were found for tufty rye, safflower and cluster mallow in total germination.
