Based on the examination of primary type material following new combinations and synonyms are proposed: Chilotomina apicitarsis (Fairmaire, 1876) (comb. nov., from Smaragdina) = Ch. bergeali Warchalowski, 2000 (syn. nov.); Clytra deficiens Heyden, 1892 (stat. nov., resurrected from synonymy with Clytra nigrocincta) = C. bodemeyeri var. subfasciata Melichar, 1912 (syn. nov.) = C. nigrocincta var. cyprica Pic, 1918 (syn. nov.) = C. rotundata Medvedev, 1961 (syn. nov.); Labidostomis (Wellschmiedia) ghilianii (Lacordaire, 1848) = Cyaniris atricollis Pic, 1922 (syn. nov.); Labidostomis limbata (Lacordaire, 1848) = L. laetus Medvedev, 1992 (syn. nov.) = L. heinzi Lopatin, 1993 (syn. nov.); Tituboea janczyki (Cobos, 1956) = Antipa urikkana Tomov, 1983 (syn. nov.). The spelling of Tituboea purcharti Bezdek, 2012 is fixed. Lectotypes are designated for Clytra nigrocincta var. deficiens and C. nigrocincta var. cyprica.
