Spectral characterization of selected humic substances
Original language description
Humic substances of different origin were compared applying ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Humic substances were isolated from soils, compost, lignite and lignohumate. Results showed differences in chemical composituon and humification degree.
