In this study we designed and described two step beads based assay, consists from mag-netic isolation, followed by electrochemical detection of isolated target sequences. method magnetic beads modified by oligo-thymine tail was used for isolation process. Two different nanoparticles were used in this study. For capturing of target influenza derived sequence magnetic particles (MPs) were used. For labeling of target sequences quantum dots (QDs) were used. Isolated target sequence as well as QDs labels were analysed by voltammetry.
