Original language description
The aim of these tests was to evaluate the common impact of ACTIPOST preparation on biogas production and quality when different biomass is fermented. For tests maize silage, forage and GPS samples were collected at biogas plant Velké Opatovice, Czech Republic. Fermentation tests were performed in 0.12 m3 batch anaerobic fermenters, for 30 days, at mesophilic temperature conditions (40oC), in the Nationwide Reference Laboratory of Biogas Transformation at the Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic. During the test, biogas ammount and quality was determined as well as content of nutrients (N ,P, K, Ca, Mg) and fatty acids.
