The influence of three-point linkage control systems on the output parameters of tractors
Original language description
The goal of this paper is to make a practical comparison of the output parameters of a tractor and its attached equipment (tractor set) in relation to making adjustments to the power, mixed and positional controls of the tractor, when using a cultivator and a plow for autumn pre-sowing soil preparation. For measurement purposes, a Claas Axion 850 tractor with a Hexashift gearbox was used in combination with a Vogel Noot cultivator and a Kverneland four-row rotary plow. Measurements have shown that, especially when plowing, where the resistance of the attached implement varies due to a lack of homogeneity in the soil and with a larger area of the plowing body (compared to the cultivator blade), the tractor control hydraulics settings have a statistically significant impact. When setting the power or mixed control, the hydraulic control unit constantly adjusts the position of the booms according to the plowing resistance, respectively based on information from the lower link force sensors.
