This project was focused on targeted chemotherapy based on ferritin nanocarriers with encapsulated various types of tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Then this nanoconstruct is surfacemodified by folic acid, with the aim to achieve specific targeting to folate receptor overexpressed in targeted breast cancer cell line.
