Starch content and size distibution of strach granules (SG) were evalueted in six varieties of winter wheat (Hana, Ilona, Livia, Siria, Sparta and Viginta) and five varieties triticale (Kolor, Ordo, Presto, Pring and KM 779-91) in three or two years. SigStatistical evaluation of size distibution of SG showed differences amoungh wheat and triticale varieties, differencies between these crops, and significant effect of wheather conditions in the year.
