Original language description
The effect of foliar applications of sulphur in ammonium sulphate and SK-sol on the yields and selected parameters of technological quality of winter wheat grain at a constant level of N nutrition were studied. Foliar S nutrition in two localities increased the level of sulphur amino acids, at the same time increasing the level of sulphur in grain and thus favourably affecting the quality parameters of wheat grain. In particular, after the application of S-containing fertilizers, the level of gluten andN-substances increased; sulphur also improved the other parameters.
