Original language description
Goal of this paper is to characterize economical context of globalization and internalization impact on agribusiness with special attention to the dairy market. Milk especially due to its features (such as fast perishableness) is one of the commodities,where the production technology and processing implicates immediate daily linkage of producer and processor. This argument is often used to relativize the impact of globalization processes on production and processing of this commodity in commodity chain. In this context, predominating thoughts express the irreplaceableness of domestic milk supplies, and local, possibly regional, character of dairy markets also in national context. Nevertheless, growth of mutual dependence and networking of markets as aresult of globalization is typical attribute of current world's economical development.
