Presented study summarizes the results of an extensive research of soil-forming materials (parent rocks) carried out at the Department of Geology and Pedology. During 30 years the localities on six parent rocks (soil-forming materials) -- serpentinite, granite, gneiss, basalt, syenite and gabbro were gradually studied. The results on particular rocks for particle-size analyses, contents of organic matter and depth of soils were summarized. On all localities total chemical analyses of particular soil andweathering horizons were done. From these results weathering indices of particular components were calculated and four main molecular relations were evaluated. Contents of main mineral nutrients in parent rock as well as in particular horizons of soil body were also evaluated. Examples of graphical data processing are a part of the work.

Výzkum stanovištních poměrů různých matečných hornin v jednotlivých lesních oblastech ČR

Překládaná studie shrnuje rozsáhlý výzkum půdotvorných substrátů prováděný na UGP v průběhu 30. let byly postupně studovány a ananlyzovány lokality na 6.matečních horninách (půdotvorných substrátech) (serpentinit, granit, rula, čedic, syenit, gabro) U jednotlivých hornin jsou shrnuty výsledky studia zrnitostních analýz, obsahu organické hmoty a hloubky půd. Na všech lokalitách byly provedeny totální chemické analýzy jednotlivých půdních a zvětralinových horizontů. Z těchto pak byly stanoveny zvětrávacích indexy jednotlivých komponent a spočítány a vyhodnoceny 4 hlavní molekulární poměry. Byly též vyhodnoceny obsahy hlavních minerálních živin jak v matečné hornině tak v jednotlivých horizontech půdního tělesa. Součástí práce jsou příklady grafického zpracování výsledků.
