Original language description
The objective of this study is to introduce VOC (volatile organic compounds), which are in materials for furniture making. The research of them is interested in the identification of different type VOC and their specification concentration in finishing materials and constructional boards. The article contains the problems concentrating in contamination of indoor air by volatile organic compounds and their influence of human health.

Objektem této studie je úvod do problému VOC (těkavých organických látek) jež jsou obsaženy v materiálech, používaných k výrobě nábytku. Výzkum se zabývá identifikací různých typů VOC a jejich specifických koncentrací v různých konstrukčních materiálecha materiálech pro jejich povrchovou úpravu.
