Evaluation of the Woody Component Development of the Model Biocorridor

Original language description

The study concerning the woody component of biocorridors deals with the growth of tree species on the former agricurtural land. On the example of the Vracov biocorridor, the model evaluation is presented of the woody component development in 1993, 1996,1999 and 2002. The following data were recorded: number of woody species, health conditions and basic biometrical parameters.The main focus was payd to the dominant trees -- Quercus robur and Tilia cordata. Inventories in 1996 and 2002 have covered up wholle biocorridor more than 12 000 plants. The amount of introduced species was progressively detected too. The biocorridor in this stage of development is already able to fulfil required functions.

Hodnocení dřevinné složky modelového biokoridoru

Czech description

Příspěvek se zabývá hodnocením růstu dřevinné složky biokoridoru, založeného na zemědělské půdě. Na příkladu modelového biokoridoru Vracov je uvedeno vyhodnocení vývoje dřevinné složky v letech 1993 -- 2002. Bylo hodnoceno více než 1100 dřevin, u kterýchbyla sledována základní biometrická data, zastoupení jednotlivých druhů a jejich zdravotní stav. Hlavní pozornost byla věnována kosterním dřevinám -- Quercus robur a Tilia cordata. V roce 1996 a 2002 byla provedena kompletní inventerizace celého biokoridoru, více než 12 000 dřevin. Počet introdukovaných dřevin v biokoridoru za 5 let klesl o 10%. Dále bylo pozorováno přirozené zmlazení dřevin. Biokoridor v této fázi vývoje je již zajištěn a plní předpokládané funkce.
