As a part of work on the project Project no. MSM6215648902 -- "Forest and Wood: the support of functionally integrated forest management and use of wood as a renewable raw material", component project 01: "Flood plain forests -- forest management in viewof sustainable development" evaluation of hydric-water management forest function of South Moravian flood plain forests was carried out. Evaluation was done with usage the method Quantification and Evaluation of forest functions (Vyskot, I. et al. 2003). The work on this part of the project was situated to the Forest Enterprise Zidlochovice floodplain forests (south part of the Czech Republic).The real potentials (Vyskot, I. et al. 2003) of hydric-water management forest function were determined for all the smallest forest management units (forest stands) included in current forest management plan in accordance with mentioned method. Hodnocení hydricko-vodohospodářské funkce lužních lesů jižní Moravy

Czech description

V rámci výzkumného projektu byla hodnocena hydricko-vodohospodářská funkce lužních lesů jižní Moravy. Hodnocení bylo provedeno podle metody Kvantivikace a kvantitativní hodnocení funkcí lesa (Vyskot, I. a kol. 2003). Hodnoceny byly lužní lesy ve správě lesního závodu Židlochovice. V rámci řešení byly vyhodnoceny réálné potenciály a reálné efekty hydricko-vodohospodářké funkce všech nejmenších jednotek rozdělení lesa a tyto byly následně zobrazeny v protředí GIS. Výsledky byly využity pro diferenciaci území LZ Židlochovice podle hydricko-vodohospodářské funkce.
