The object of the book is evaluation of forest functions on representative expositions of stands of Masaryk Forest Křtiny. Forest functions are evaluated by using method Quantification and Evaluation of forest functions (Vyskot, I. et al. 2003). Real potentials and real effects of forets functions are quantified on selected forest stands. The differences in forest functions fulfilling are presented related to different forest stand structure.

Kniha se zabívá hodnocením funkcí lesů vybraných lesních porostů ŠLP ML Křtiny. Pro hodnocení funkcí lesů byla použita metoda Kvantifikace a hodnocení funkcí lesů (Vyskot, I. a kol 2003). Ve vybraných lesních porostech byly hodnoceny reálné potenciály areálné efekty celospolečenských funkcí lesů. Pro tyto porosty je prezentována rozdílná míra plnění funkcí lesů v závislosti na rozdílné struktuře lesů.
