New technologies of the reconstruction of special-purpose roads and their tourist use in the rural landscape of the Czech Republic
Original language description
Country tourism is mainly aimed at the family way of recreation. It refers rather to physically less demanding activities with the considerable proportion of rest. Thus, demands of holiday-makers on the environment quality, offered services and their structure are derived from these activities. Quality access to the rural landscape appears to be one of the basic conditions for rural tourism. Possibilities of quality movement in the open landscape make possible to learn its functions, traditions of the visited region as well as life in the country. The present condition of special-purpose roads in the CR, namely rural roads, does not satisfy both from the aspect of accessing managed land and recreation. It refers particularly to requirements for rural roads from the point of view of their direction, parameters, suitable wearing course, vegetation cover and total incorporation into the landscape. A problem of the selection of a suitable wear course is dependent on economic possibilities
