    The noise level of circular sawblades with the irregular tooth pitch

  • Original language description

    The paper describes effects of the irregular tooth pitch and dilatation and noise-elimination grooves on the level of noise. The measurement of noisiness was carried out by standard operational methods at idle run and at sawing on prototype circular sawblades of Stelit and Pilana companies. The sawblades of the same diameter of 350 mm were equipped with 36 sintered carbide teeth. Positive effects have been proved of the irregular pitch of teeth and dilatation and noise-elimination grooves on the noise level of a circular sawblade.
