Current business environment is characterized by permanent changes. Ability to manage changes belongs among cardinal and highly appreciated managerial abilities. To be changeable becomes a new competitive advantage of a company. Changes implemented in the right way and successfully can improve a corporate performance. The aim of this paper is to present interaction between business profitability and changes made in Slovak enterprises. The questionnaire research was carried out to reach the goal. Research results presented in this paper confirmed a positive influence of changes in business processes on corporate performance represented by return on equity (ROE).
