    Quality of soil humic substances determined by SFS and UVVIS spectroscopy

    In this paper we followed UVVIS and SFS spectra and chemical properties of soil humic substances isolated from different origin soil types. Humic substances were isolated from Modal Cambisol, Litic Cambisol, Modal Chernozem, Modal Rendzina, Modal Pararendzina. Color and fluorescence indexes were compared with classical humus fractionation.

    Byly sledovány UVVIS a SFS spektra a chemické vlastnosti půdních humusových látek izolovaných z různých typů půd. Sledovali jsme frakční složení humusu, barevné a fluorescenční indexy u kambizemě modální, kambizemě litické, černozemě modální, rendziny modální a pararendziny modální.
