The aim of the contribution was to determine the impact of selected products (EM, Sigma gold) and ways of process (classic compost and Bokashi) in a controlled microbial composting of biodegradable waste. The fill of compost piles always be the same recipe, different were only in used inoculants and method of processing. During the experiment were observed moisture of material, temperature, pH and differences in properties (content of nutrients) in final product -- mature compost.
