8 Swedish Large White (SLW), 3 Landrace and 39 hybrid boars from the same farm were included in the study, Genotypes at the 3 loci were determined usány PCR-RFLP and restriction enzymes (HgiAI and PvuII). Allene freguencies for the HAL (RYR types NN, Nnand nn were 0,48; 0,46 and 0,06 respectively for types AA, AB and BB were 0,86; 0,14 and 0; and for ESR2 types CC, CD and DD were 0,36; 0,58 and 0,06. There were significans defferences between the hybrid boars and SLW boars in the from frequencies of HAL and CM alleles.
