The use of blood protein polymorphism for determining the genetic distance between the Moravian warm-blooded horse and the Czech warm-blooded and Trakehner horses.
Original language description
In the present study the genetic relationship between 3 breeds was investigated in 3 groups of stallions (Czech warm-blooded horse, n=48, Trakehner horse, n=13, Moravian warm-blooded horse, n=25). A total of 17 genetic polymorphism markers (10 protein and enzyme loci, 7 blood groups) were investigated in 62 alleles.
