The greenhouse effect has become one of main phenomena of the 21st century. An instrument to control the impact of glasshouse gases can be a change of tax legislation. In order to ecologize the system of taxes, it is necessary to aim at the force the entities to change their behaviour. The subject of this paper is to outline some of these possible changes.
