Air temperature distribution in the vertical profile of a spruce stand
Original language description
The aim of the paper was, therefore, to analyse the vertical stratification of mean hour air temperatures in the profile of a spruce stand under the extreme temperature decrease in December 2001. For a cloudy day, the air temperature stratification was close to isothermy and the shape of curves of vertical profiles was the same for selected evaluated hours in contrast to a clear day. Irrespective if it was the case of a clear or a cloudy day, the highest mean hour temperature of air in the region of tree crowns (level of 7.5 m) the highest one being above the stand.
