Original language description

Early detection of novel ploidy levels was performed by screening stomata size leaf index value, and other morphological charakteristics of the M1 generation plants. Subsequent screening of novel plopidy levels was performed by DNA flow cytometry. Hexadecaploid, aneuploid and mixoploid plants were identified by FCM. Results and analysis of M2 generation are also included.
