Condition Based Maintenance & Contamination Control Hydraulic Systems - Key to Its Reliability
Original language description
This paper deals with the Proactive maintenance of the hydraulic systems. Proactive maintenance is based on condition monitoring. The real advantage of this maintenance is that the hydraulic system-s conditions are continuously monitored and corrected when action levels are exceeded. The proactive application improves of the machine reliability and it mitigates of negative effects on the environment. In the field conditions the oil contamination monitoring was accomplished by dynamic and static extracting samples. The oil servicing and cleaning of the vehicle launched bridge were done by the portable filtration system.
