Original language description
Single chain antibodies (scFv) specific to Brachyspira hyodysenteriae were isolated from a phagemid library. For scFv selection recombinant Bhlp 29.7 protein was used and individual clones were tested in ELISA and immunofluorescent test. The total of four unique clones was isolated. One of selected clones was able to bind specifically B.hyodysenteriae in ELISA and immunofluorescent test. This is the first report of species specific recombinant antibodies against B. hyodysenteriae.

Czech description
Rekombinantní scFv protilátky specifické pro druh Brachyspira hyodysenteriae byly izolovány za použití fágové knihovny. Při selekci protilátek proti rekombinantnímu proteinu Bhlp 29,7 byly získány klony, které byly testovány pomocí ELISA testu a imunofluorescenčního testu. Byly získány čtyři unikátní klony. Jeden z těchto klonů byl schopen specificky reagovat s Bhlp 29,7 proteinem B. hyodysenteriae v ELISA testu i IF testu.
