    Floppy kid syndrome (FKS) is a disease manifested by metabolic acidosis of young kids without dehydration. The affected kids suffer from D-lactate metabolic acidosis. Our study describes the cases of FKS first diagnosed in the Czech Republic in a herd ofbreeding white short-haired goats.
