Original language description
The goal was to assess the effect of Decis flow 2.5 (active substance 25 g.l-1 of deltamethrin) on activity of hepatic glutathione S-transferase of common carp. In our study we detected significantly higher level of activity glutathione S-transferase enzyme after acute exposure to deltamethrin. We confirmed that deltamethrin-based preparations are very toxic for aquatic organisms and may be referred to possible damage of liver.

Cílem naší práce bylo zhodnodit vliv přípravku Decis flow 2.5 (účinná látka 25 g.l-1 deltamethrinu) na aktivitu jaterního enzymu glutathion S-transferázy u kapra obecného. Zjistili jsem statisticky významné zvýšení aktivity glutathion S-transferázy po akutní expozici deltametrhinu. Potvrdili jsme, že přípravky na bázi deltametrinu jsou vysoce toxické pro vodní organismy a mohou způsobit poškození jater.
