Toxicity tests were performed on D. rerio according to OECD 203 (juvenile stage) and 212 (embryonic stage). There was statistically significantly higher sensitivity in juvenile fish to phenoxyethanol. Acute toxicity values of clove oil were comparable.

Porovnání akutní toxicity vybraných anestetik pro juvenilní a embryonální stádia ryb Danio rerio.

Czech description

Testy akutní toxicity byly prováděny dle metodik OECD 203 (juvenilní stádium) a OECD 212 (embryonální stádium). Byla zjištěna statisticky významně vyšší citlivost juvenilního stádia k phenoxyethanolu. Akutní toxicita hřebíčkového oleje byla srovnatelná.
