Prostřednictvím vybraných biochemických markerů (CYP450, EROD, GST a GSH) byla hodnocena kontaminace významných vodních toků České republiky. Biomarkery byly stanoveny v játrech indikátorových ryb - jelců tloušťů (Leuciscus cephalus L.).
