The aim of the study is to assess aquatic pollution on the Svitava and Svratka rivers by perfluoroalkyl substances. Major compound in fish blood was PFOS (38.9-57.8 ng/ml), the major compound detected in water was PFOA (1.7-178.0 ng/ml).
