    Evaluation of ibuprofen toxicity for Danio rerio, targeting on selected biomarkers of oxidative stress

  • Original language description

    The aim of the study was to determine the effect of ibuprofen toxicity for model organism zebrafish (Danio rerio). The test was performed according to OECD method No.215. The results show that ibuprofen does not affect the activity of glutathione reductase. A statistically significant increase in the activity of glutathione peroxidase and glutathione-S-transferase was found.
