Original language description
This study was focused on determination of selected musk compounds in real samples of wastewater (influent and effluent) from wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) Brno-Modřice (Czech Republic). Four representatives of linear musk compounds (dihydromyrcenol,cyclohexylethylacetate, arofir, cyclacet/jasmocyclen) were selected for the monitoring. At first, optimization of selected method was performed and then this method was used for the determination. Analytes were isolated from samples by solid-phase microextraction (SPME). The identification and quantification of analytes was carried out by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
